He first started as an entrepreneur, delivering IT consulting solutions for SME’s (applications, e-business and infrastructure). His MBA helped him transition to managing more complex projects in property and facilities management. Having become a client of a recruitment agency, they offered him a branch manager role in Geneva. It led to 10 years of HR solutions consulting with Fortune 500 MNCs, in roles including operations, P&L ownership, business excellence and sales.
Passing Shot is a company that re-engineers consumer products, protected by intellectual property (IP) and leases the commercialisation rights for a fee (royalty) to global MNCs. They are launching the Heetbox solution: the first battery-operated lunchbox, that re-heats food just in time.

Thomas Laboulle is the founder and CEO of Singapore-based Toku. Graduated from the Royal Military Academy, he spent several years in the military field before deciding to continue his academic journey and move into the private sector. In 2012, he founded Mundito, a boutique consulting firm. By mid-2016, Thomas was recruited by the Board of Directors of GlobalRoam to lead and re- structure the then 15-year old Singaporean telecom operator. This experience resulted in the eventual founding of Toku in 2018.

Matthew is a seasoned entrepreneur and a trailblazer in Hospitality technology. With more than 25 years’ business management experience at Executive and Managerial level across technology, content and marketing industries in Australia & South East Asia. Over the years he has successfully built multiple companies, from start-up to strategic and financial exit. Matthew has expertise in scaling companies, building teams and delivering revenue goals.

Amir has 20 years’ financial services experience, both as an adviser and whilst working in industry, with significant expertise in the alternative lending and insurance sectors. Core skills include: Strategy and Leadership, Corporate Governance, Board Advisory, Risk Management and Risk Culture including ESG, Regulatory and Conduct. Latterly, as part of KPMG’s UK Financial Services Consulting business, he worked with organisations to deliver more connected customer journeys. Prior to KPMG, he was part of the founding team at a UK based, insurance start up, servicing speciality risks through Lloyd’s of London and SMEs through a UK branch network.

Pierre graduated in Business from ESSEC Business School and also holds a Master’s degree in Law. He was previously working in Paris and later managed the Corporate Service department of a top-tier German law firm. Prior from setting up RBA, Pierre was a legal consultant in a Singapore-based law firm where he was in charge of corporate, tax and immigration matters. He has experience advising companies and individuals on their investment or commercial projects as well as their relocation in South East Asia.
