Founder and CEO @QAMC
David Cox is an Executive Chef with specialisation in large-volume, high-risk catering, particularly airlines and convention centres. His has won catering contracts for Qantas, Etihad and Macquarie Bank and previously worked for embassies and Russian oligarchs. He has felt the pain and stress of managing kitchens with few technical solutions available; it is his mission to build hardware/software catering systems that free chefs from primitive compliance processes and allow them to focus on cooking.
By using primitive, pen-and-paper methods for food safety compliance, large-volume caterers have high risk profile and are inefficient. QA meet Chef is a software/hardware solution that solves these problems, raising productivity and enabling unprecedented food traceability.
Founder @Screen Dopamine
Morgan’s experience spans careers in marketing, business development and event management from a wide variety of industries and brands. His background in psychology as applied to these industries has allowed him to develop unique ways to approach and innovate and create new revenue streams for many companies. His current ventures include an innovation company called Triggersparks and a digital engagement platform called Screen Dopamine.
Most people would agree there is way too much advertising thrown at us daily and the amount of waste that the advertising and marketing industry produces, of a physical and digital nature, is gargantuan. As a result people in general seem to be more disengaged, less open to the world and resistant to new ideas. Screen Dopamine is on a mission to reduce marketing waste and reengage audiences by creating the perfect way for people to connect with information.
