Originally from Ireland, Alan is the co-founder and CEO of Pozible & Birchal. Alan introduced Crowdfunding to Australia and Asia pacific. The Pozible platform was developed to help creatives build audiences, raise capital and get  ideas off the ground. The site has hosted thousands of projects in Australia and distributed over $60 million since it launched in 2010. In late 2017, Alan launched a sister platform called Birchal – a new licensed equity crowdfunding for brands to connect with investors.

Birchal is a new way to invest in brands you love. A new way to build your audience and get funding. Birchal is an online platform for businesses open to engaging with new and existing stakeholders (investors, customers, talent, partners) through reward and equity crowdfunding.

Steven is a philosopher and ethicist who enjoyed a successful research career at several Australian universities, before deciding to take new challenges at Victoria Police and Australian Red Cross.

Pan Koutlakis

Pan is an experienced executive in the hospitality and food-tech industries. After many years in hospitality general management, Pan took his skills and industry knowledge to his role as CEO of foodora Melbourne which he led for two years before joining EatClub as co-founder and CEO in 2017.

Built under the guidance of famed restaurateur Marco Pierre White, EatClub allows restaurants to fill empty tables during off-peak via dynamic pricing. During such periods, restaurants can upload a limited amount of ‘last minute’ deals to the app, which can be instantly ‘redeemed’ by customers. EatClub encourages users to discover new, high-quality restaurants and enjoy food the way it is meant to be eaten – straight from the kitchen!
