Robert Williams is a director at Artesian. Artesian is a global alternative investment management firm with offices in NY, London, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney and Melbourne. Artesian is the most active early stage venture capital (VC) investor in Australia and offers an end-to-end VC platform for startups at seed, angel and growth stages. In this role, Robert focuses on Artesian’s agrifood technology investments.

Prior to joining Artesian, Robert most recently worked as a manager within the agricultural investment arm of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.

Michael Blakey is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Singapore-based venture capital firm Cocoon Capital. Set-up alongside Will Klippgen in 2016, Cocoon adopts a hands-on, founder-first approach to early-stage investing. Before this Michael was an entrepreneur and since 2000 was a full-time angel investor who was named ‘UK Angel Investor of the Year 2015’, selected as one of the Maserati 100 and classified as a ’Business Angel you should know’

Albert is a Principal at Telstra Ventures where he invests in high growth technology companies. He works closely with companies such as Corvus, HealthEngine, C88 and MOVUS. Previously, he was an Investment Manager at a ~A$3bn global boutique funds management firm where he was responsible for origination and executing and management of investments. Prior to this, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs for almost 5 years. Whilst at Goldman, Albert covered Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients and executed a significant number of transactions, ranging from complex multibillion-dollar mergers to small private sales to IPOs. Albert commenced his career as a corporate lawyer. Albert holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws (with 1st Class Honours) from the University of Sydney, where he received multiple scholarships.
